Please note: while our property has historically been known for its breakfast experience, we are now semi-retired and no longer offer breakfast or meal service. Guests are welcome to enjoy the fully equipped kitchen in the Airstream and nearby dining options in the area.
Inside, you’ll find a plush queen-sized bed for a cozy, intimate stay, along with a middle bath with shower, a well-equipped kitchen, a charming banquette, and a comfortable sofa. Step outside to unwind in zero-gravity chairs on your private patio, taking in peaceful lake views and the quiet, natural setting.
Shared amenities include a lakeside gazebo with gas and charcoal grills, a hot tub overlooking the water, and a spacious dock with lake access and slips for boats or jet skis. Parking is available for cars, trucks, and boat trailers.

Originally built as a charming bed and breakfast in 1992, the property has evolved over the years to offer a unique glamping experience. After serving as a family vacation getaway and later being acquired by Jim and Alex in 2005, the site was reimagined to combine their global travel experiences with the natural beauty of Smith Lake. Jim and Alex, who spent 15 years traveling and staying in various B&Bs and unique lodgings around the world, sought the perfect location for their own lakeside retreat. After an extensive search, they chose Smith Lake for its pristine waters, stunning rock shoreline, and inviting atmosphere. They’ve enhanced the property with stylish Airstreams, a private boat dock, and a range of outdoor amenities to make your stay unforgettable. At “1MoTow,” you’ll enjoy the peacefulness of glamping with modern comforts, all while soaking in the lake’s natural beauty.
